The Stará pošta Apartments will offer an excellent base for both winter and summer activities in the heart of the Jeseníky range. The project will rise directly opposite the Filipovice Ski Resort chairlift, just one ski-bus stop from Červenohorské sedlo and within easy reach of the renowned spa towns Jeseník and Karlova Studánka.
The surrounding area offers countless hiking and cycling routes, climbing and rafting spots, famous ski resorts, a dense network of cross-country trails, and routes popular with ski mountaineers.
The project includes reconstruction and extension of the existing Stará pošta hotel and restaurant to include serviced apartments, an experience-based wellness centre, and an outdoor wellness park inspired by the Priessnitz spa tradition.
The Stará pošta Apartments represent an attractive investment opportunity with high potential returns. When owners are not using their apartments, they can rent them out—our sister company MyResort will handle all promotion and rental-related services.
